Through the contact form on this site we may process:

- Organisation name
- Email address
- Message content you provide
Visit-related technical data (IP, browser metadata, visit duration) may be processed automatically for security and analytics.

Form submissions are retained for up to 2 years after the matter is closed, then anonymised or deleted. Statutory retention periods, where applicable, prevail.

7. Cookies
We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Only functional/session storage is used (e.g. language preference).
